The reception:

• For your comfort, our reception team will be there to assist you 7 days/week from 9:00 am till 7:00 pm and from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm for the high season (july/august).
• The reception team speaks English, and depending on the present staff, they will also welcome you in German and Dutch.
• We provide tourism information and a range of documents about sports, activities and places to explore in Saint Palais sur Mer, Royan and the surroundings in “Charente-Maritime”.
• Loan and hire of equipment and various free and payed services will be offered to you, including sending and receipt of letters and sale of stamps

Safety on the site:

• System of barrier with code at the entry and at the exit of the campsite.
• In high season a night watchman keeps guard to assure you of tranquility and security.

WIFI:

•  Available and free access to the internet with the laptop reception whenever open.
•  WIFI throughout the campsite: you can buy a ticket at the reception.

A laundry-room:

• In the laundry room opened all day long, you’ll find washing machines and tumble-dryers and ironing boards. We lend irons at the reception, if you need to use one.
• Tokens are for sale at the reception; the washing powder is included in the cost of the wash.

A motor-home service point :

• Easily accessible near the entry of the campsite, in front of the reception, a special space fitted out for drainage of grey waters for motorhomes.
• A water tap with the option of attaching a pipe allows the water tank filling.
• Emptiying facilities for chemical toilets are located at the sanitary blocks and near the motorhome service point.

A barbecue area:

• Open fires are strictly forbidden on pitches, only gas or electric barbecues are authorized on pitches.
• For followers of traditional charcoal barbecues, 4 specific secure areas are scattered on the campsite for sharing good times and encounters with other campers. Grills are available at the reception.

A small grocer’s shop with baker’s oven:

• - Bread and croissants 
• - Basic grocer's shop, fresh food and ice creams.
• - Selection of “regional Products”.
• - Several breakfast formulas served on the terrace.
