Located in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, a quaint coastal town of the Charente Maritime region, Le Puits de l'Auture Campsite invites you in an incredible haven of peace in a natural environment.

We make a major point of requirement to offer you beautifully wooded and perfectly maintained grass pitches, but also to provide very clean sanitary facilities and rentals.
With attributes such as nearby sandy beaches (La Grande Côte, Le Platin, etc.), cycling and foot paths all along the Atlantic Ocean and a direct view on the majestic World Heritage listed Cordouan lighthouse, our campsite brings together all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday.
This year again, you will be able to enjoy the precious serinity that defines our establishment (no swimming pool, no animations).
Our four-star campsite accommodates clients with tents, caravans, motorhomes and also cyclists.
For those seeking the comfort of a mobile home, we offer a very diverse range of rentals.

Ideally located in a woodland and near sandy beaches. The "must see" places : La Palmyre Zoo (5 km); Royan, the capital of the "Côte de Beauté" with its unique church and exceptional indoor market (12km). From there, hop on a ferry to visit the World Heritage listed Cordouan Lighthouse (which you can see from our campsite); The picturesque village of Mornac-sur-Seudre (15km); The amazing islands of Oléron, Aix, Ré and Madame... and don't forget to get a taste of our famous Marennnes-Oléron oysters!!!
